TI can thoroughly recommend the Phoenix Ceilidh Band. I have enjoyed their musical expertise on many occasions at regular ceilidhs which I attend, and also at special birthday and other celebrations. They are superb, highly professional and enjoyable group who I would recommend for any special celebrations, dances or occasions, where you want reliable, beautifully performed, traditional music played.

Hi Cath,just wanted to let you know how much you and the rest of Phoenix added to my 50th celebrations. You were all fantastic.I think you did so well in getting people up and dancing, and those that did get involved have told me it was the best party they have been to in a long time. I had been a little nervous about having a ceilidh, but I shouldn’t have worried it worked so well,particulary as it quite a mix of people who didn’t know each other.By the end of the dancing everyone was talking to each other and it set the tone for the rest of the night.

I just wanted to write and say a massive massive thank you to you and the band.
The music and musicianship blew me away. I could have just sat and listened to you all night. I have had so many people comment to me about how good you were and they want to book you!
You have been so kind and patient from way back last year and I really appreciate it. Holding events is always stressful and very much out of my comfort zone so how caring and relaxed you were made a big difference to me.
And the band were all so lovely. Offering donations- after all you had done – and being just so kind and encouraging. It was such a special night and everyone loved it. The dances, the way they were organised, the atmosphere- it was magical. What a way to end our year of fundraising. We raised nearly £700 and the family of the other little Sam who are having such a difficult time as they hope the treatment in Germany will shrink his tumour and have to cope with so much and the financial impact, were just so grateful. We could not have raised this money without you and your generosity. You’ve made a big difference to two little boys who need some extra help.
I hope so much to see you all again and attend one of your events. You are so good at what you do.

I just want to say a big ‘THANK YOU’ to you all for making my Birthday/Retirement party a most memorable occasion. It was a fantastic night and everyone enjoyed it and commented on how great the band was. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
